ScarsCO2 fractional resurfacing can be used to minimize the appearance of small scars, acne scars, minor skin surface irregularities and surgical scars. Fractionated CO2 technology creates wells in the skin which contract the skin immediately. The areas of coagulated tissue, caused by thermal energy, spread around the wells and cause neo-collagen formation resulting in a reduction in wrinkles and pigmented lesions with the additional benefit of skin tightening.
