EXELO2 CO2 Fractional
The EXELO2 10,600 nm CO2 laser system is revolutionary in its ability to combine the benefits of ablative and non-ablative lasers in one simple pain-free procedure. The fractionated CO2 technology creates wells in the skin which contracts the skin immediately. Besides the skin tightening capability, the heated areas around the wells causes neo-collagen formation resulting in a long term reduction in wrinkles and improved skin elasticity. Improvement in the appearance of pigmented lesions, such as solar damage, is also apparent. Traditional CO2 laser indications such as hypertrophic lesions are also easily treated.
