DALLAS, Texas - February 4, 2004 - Med-Surge Technologies, a national cosmetic medical device distributor in North America, announced today that it has just completed a distribution agreement with Asclepion Laser Technologies of Germany to distribute its MeDioStar HC-Pro high-power 810 nm Diode cosmetic laser for hair removal. The company has also completed an agreement with The LiteBook Company Ltd., of Alberta, Canada to develop, for worldwide distribution, The LiteBook Blue, a physician office and portable home use blue LED light panel for the treatment of acne and future applications. Both products, the MeDioStar HCPro and an investigational prototype of The LiteBook Blue will make their debut to Dermatologists at the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) annual meeting to be held February 7 - 10 at The Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC.
